Our unique puffs are made using a crispy pie crust with the inner shell being a spongy French choux pastry. Hand-made signature vanilla custard is created from the best ingredients such as premium “Black Diamond” vanilla beans. We inject the filling into the freshly baked shells to order so that the puffs are always fresh and second to none. The Japanese quality puffs have been attracting people around the world from the moment we opened the very first store in Japan. Currently, there are 550+ stores in 14 countries/regions worldwide.
